There’s absolutely no better way of getting to know Venezia than directly through its Veneziani, as Marco from Client Relations and Marta from Reservations, members of our 30-strong team based right here beside the Accademia Bridge…

- An insider tip that you’d like to keep to yourself (but don’t mind sharing with our guests!)
- Marco: When you feel lost in Venice don’t stop walking, you’re going to end up someplace you recognise. At least that’s what my grandparents used to say!
- Marta: Never eat seafood on Mondays – the Rialto fish market is closed!
